Craft activityThe Museum of Anthropology is excited to announce the launch of Cultures Up Close, a new online educational initiative.  Cultures Up Close offers opportunities to learn about people, traditions, and celebrations around the world through crafts and activities that can be done at home.

Each post gives information about a specific cultural topic, often relating to objects in the MOA collections, and instructions for a related craft activity.  The first projects include creating a Bolivian carnival mask and making a Japanese koi windsock.  The Museum staff will post more lessons and crafts to the page to provide additional options for online learning.
