Gratitude
January 12 – March 20, 2027

Transforming psychological research into striking visual art, Gratitude explores how Muslim youth in the United States experience and express gratitude during Ramadan. Originally curated at Baylor University, the exhibit uses textiles—indigo-dyed cloth panels, a tufted-rug, and a woven reed basket—to visualize data. Expanded specifically for the Lam Museum through collaborations with WFU’s Muslim Student Association and the Department of Chemistry students, this display blends scientific analysis, material culture, and creative expression to show the power of gratitude in society.
